Result was a total of 40 teams who used the same competition draw and completed as many of the eleven rounds as possible.
17 of the 40 teams competed in the AAA Class, which is identical with the 4-way Open Class at world meets, world cups and other national championships. Did you know that Christine Malnis, Sophia Pecout and Gaelle Giesen provided French insights? posted: Nov 13th, 2020 The aftermath of the NSL Cloud Mondial 2020 continues with an update from France, where the national 8-way team was back in training this week.
The three female members of the French 8-way Open Class team, Christine Malnis, Sophia Pecout and Gaelle Giesen, were available for NSL Live Talk at the end of a training day in Pamiers. The team had a special permission from the government for the training camp, after the corona virus crisis had made it very difficult for the French national teams this year.

Did you know that the next indoor world meet in 2021 was canceled today? posted: Nov 11th, 2020 The series of event cancellations due to the corona virus pandemic is not ending yet. The next victim is the FAI Indoor World Championship 2021, which was originally scheduled for April 2021 and would be hosted by the Hurricane Factory in Slovakia.
The International Skydiving Commission (ISC) of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) published a statement today that explains the reasons for the cancellation briefly.

Did you know that the ongoing Airspeed vs. Rhythm race has been very productive? posted: Nov 11th, 2020 The story of the competition between SDC Rhythm XP and Arizona Airspeed began in 2007, the year when CSC Rhythm appeared at 4-way meets for the first time. Both teams posted their scores on the same 4-way AAA/Open Class leaderboard and became direct opponents two years later, at the USPA Nationals 2009.
Rhythm had won the USPA gold medals in the 4-way AAA/Advanced Class competition a year earlier with a new 16.9 USPA record average in this category, and they had plans to get to the top of the 4-way world at some time in the future. Did you know that Polish 4-way teams moved up into new NSL categories last month? posted: Nov 10th, 2020 Another 4-way competition took place, while the NSL News focused mainly on the NSL Cloud Mondial 2020. It was an indoor event in Poland, which was a part of the Flyspot Liga.
They Flyspot Liga events in Poland usually apply the same format as any other 4-way competition, where the teams meet at the same place at the same time. This year, the corona virus pandemic had the same impact on 4-way competition in Poland as in most other countries. Live events were canceled, including a Flyspot Liga event that was scheduled for a specific date earlier this year.

Did you know that the NSL Cloud Mondial will continue in January? posted: Nov 9th, 2020 The NSL Cloud Mondial 2020 is completed for now, even though the flexible regulations will allow more scores and videos to be added during the aftermath.
The teams who are already on the leaderboard will be able to add missing videos and get scores for the missing rounds. There is even the possibility that the Russian 8-way team from Tanay will add scores and videos to the 8-way leaderboard. In fact, the idea of the NSL Cloud Mondial was caused by the cancellation and rescheduling of the FAI Mondial 2020, and the Tanay home team, FAI Outdoor World Cup champion of 2019, would be welcome to put...
