Did You Know...

... that NSL-TV features Round 1 in the 8way competition?

posted Mar 17th, 2012 - The NSL News tried to get feedback from some competitors early on Saturday morning and before the competition would resume at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2012, but it was challenging to find victims for live commentary.

An interesting day is about to get going, with three faster rounds in 4way coming and the slower finish. The 8way competition has begun, and the first scores are posted. The Golden Knights are challenging the 22.4 average of the US Army lineup in 1997. Round 1 had a slow sequence, and the US Army team mastered it well.

Sky Panther Barkli team captain Oleg Shalamykhin said that his team finished one point short of the expected score for this round. The videos of Round 1 are a part of this new NSL-TV clip.

Round 6 in 4way also launches the annual Shamrock Showdown Skins Game. Paraclete XP rewards the winner of each round from here on with $400 cash.

All AAA Class teams will get a handicap after the first five rounds, which will be applied to the score for each round. Dr. Joel Shugar created the original formula for the handicap, and it still works very well.

The teams can win a round by scoring significantly better than their previous average. The average of the leader on the top of the AAA Class field is the benchmark for the handicap. The scores of Round 6 in 4way Open will be posted very soon, and the first $400 cash will find a winner.
