It was a challenging situation when the NSL website crashed, all of a sudden and at a very bad time. Fortunately, there was temporary and quick help available. ISB Air Remscheid member Pia Weingart kindly provided the connection with a German web wizzard who was able to repair the broken system within a few days and just in time.
There was some good luck too, as the competition did not begin on Monday. The schedule for today included only the official training jumps and the opening festivities later in the afternoon. The competition draw will take place at 8 pm.
The good news begin with the fact that NMP-PCH Hayabusa will have serious competition in the 4way Open Class. The first NSL-TV video clip includes a conversation with the Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders who have signed up for the Open Class competition at the World Cup. Fun goal is to challenge Hayabusa in the Open Class competition, and more seriously the Defenders will keep an eye on the Golden Kights and Polaris who compete in the female 4way category. The real reason is the fact that this year's World Cup does not find the approval of the French federation, and the Deep Blue Defenders will get proper national recognition in the Open Class competition of the European Championship 2012, which is a part of the event.
Last not least, the Fun Flag has also caught the first attention by the British delegation...
