Golden Knights 4way coach Brian "BK" Krause was probably more nervous than the team when it came to the last round. The NSL News was with him out in the landing area when the team came back from Round 9. Nothing had changed, as both teams tied the round with 17-pointers. Round 10 would bring the final conclusion for the bronze medals.
The NSL News also tried to capture Arizona Airspeed after landing from Round 9. Airspeed is prepared now for the regular NSL News ambush and find ways to avoid the challenging questions. This time, Airspeed split up to distract the cameraman and succeeded in getting away without their popular comments. The NSL News will continue to pursue the team members at any time for the exciting live coverage...
The feeling was confirmed when the audience watched the judging of Round 10, while the NSL Reality TV camera was running. Both teams were watching, and it must have been a disappointing TV experience for DNR, who did so extremely well throughout the meet. The Golden Knights were just a single point ahead at the end.
The meet was over, even though the audience was hoping for a jump-off between DNR and Golden Knights. The weekend amateur team almost managed to win USPA medals over a full time team. DNA lost four points in the judging room, while the Golden Knights were the only medalists without any penalties throughout the whole meet.
The latest NSL Reality TV clip finishes with an annual conversation. 4way and 8way Airspeed legend Jack Jefferies is once again joining his former team mates Mark Kirkby, Dan BC and other Airspeed celebrities for an 8way reunion. He was also cheering for the 4way team, and the NSL News met him in the landing area.
Jack Jefferies made four jumps this year before coming to Eloy and forgot his visualization for the first time. He did not feel well prepared but looked still the same on the first 8way video that the NSL News saw. NSL-TV will follow up with some Airspeed 8way footage later, and the audience will be able to enjoy the flying of the former Airspeed Point.
