The scores at iFLY Orlando weren't bad either and would have been enough to beat the Northwest in all previous but two meets. The indoor game is tied now after the first two meets of the 2013 season. The next sequences for the month of March will be posted next week.
Deb Correia reported for the Northwest Skydiving League from iFLY Seattle.

It was a mixed group that required a lot of organization to ensure everyone was flying in the correct division with a nice mix of learning and contributing to the scores of the duel with iFLY Orlando. As usual, the groups change every month, so the first session always involves figuring out the fall rate in addition to the dive flow.
Bill Selig had organized a group that got together with coach Deb Correia on February 18, and the group did 2way drills working on Side Bodies and Cats as an introduction to building this month's featured Random Formation, the Hook (K). No doubt that this training session contributed to the NWSL success in February.

The coaches put out a call to those who had already competed on February 20, and Bill Selig and Laura Brown both stepped up to fly another session. Jonathan Clark, who has participated in the past, and Kat Molik, who was doing her very first 4way in the tunnel, both committed to the winning session, along with coaches Deb Correia, Dave Correia, Carolyn Chow and David Zhang.
This group upped the scores dramatically. The Rookie A Class score went from a 9-pointer to a 20-pointer, and the Rookie AA Class lineup added five points (14 to 19). This move took the pressure off for the NWSL AAA Class lineup. Deb Correia, Dave Correia, Carolyn Chow and David Zhang eventually flew the AA and AAA Class sequences during the same tunnel session and added the missing points to outscore Florida.
