posted Jun 29th, 2013 - The Indoor Cloud League began as a competition between teams and competitors of the Florida and the Northwest Skydiving League. NWSL Director Deb Correia had one of the newest wind tunnels by then, iFLY Seattle, in her area and was helping the iFLY management to create activities. The monthly showdown with the longest standing vertical wind tunnel in the USA, iFLY Orlando, was the start of the Indoor Cloud League.

The first sequences for the six indoor categories were posted for the month of July 2012, and both leagues have continued to challenge each other ever since. The NWSL competitors have won four competitions between July 2012 and May 2013 and the FSL group a total of six. Florida is up 3 - 2 in 2013 so far. The NWSL scores for June are still missing.

The 2-league competition turned into a monthly event with three groups when Brian Touhey joined the Indoor Cloud League with teams and competitors from New England at SkyVenture New Hampshire in March this year. Four months later, the Indoor Cloud League now welcomed the Czech Republic to the indoor club.

Jan Klapka is the founder of the Czech Republic Skydiving League, which has significantly increased the country's 4way participation since the league was launched in 2005. Jan Klapka and his Bad Boyz 4way team have been an active part of Czech 4way competition ever since.

The first meet was held in May 2005, and the first Bad Boyz lineup posted a 5.3 average in the AAA Class. Jan Klapka's team is still competing at the Czech indoor and outdoor meets and has now contributed to the first Indoor Cloud League scores for the Czech Republic this month.

The Czech Republic has the Skydive Arena in Prague where Jan Klapka held his six indoor meets of the last winter season between November 2012 and April 2013. He has now also joined the Indoor Cloud League with its monthly six sequences.

The Bad Boyz posted a 16-pointer in the AAA Class, which matches the score of the SkyVenture New Hampshire group in this category. Florida is still far ahead with a 25-pointer in the AAA Class.

Best of Relative is the second Czech team contributing points for the group at the Skydive Arena in Prague. The team's 15-pointer ties the Florida score and gains two points over New England. Best of Relative has attended all indoor meets of the winter season in the A Class and also attended the first outdoor competition of the 2013 season in May. The Czech teams meet again this weekend for the second outdoor competition this year.

Best of Relative competed in the Rookie Class last year and moved up into the A Class at this year's first indoor meet in January. The A Class sequence (E,Q,7) is new for the team, even though Block 7 was in each of the earlier indoor meets this year. The 15-pointer matches Best of Relative's highscore for a sequence with Block 7.
