Did You Know...

... that Thomas Hughes, Mark Kirky, Chris Farina, Solly Williams and Brian "BK" Krause discussed exit techniques?

Cold and rainy - not for everybody at Skydive Chicago...
posted Sep 15th, 2013 - The skies over the Chicagoland are not looking pretty today. It is grey and cold and rainy. The teams at the USPA Nationals 2013 are on a weather hold until noon, which could be extended if nothing changes.

There was a good side to it, as the judges were able to catch up with yesterday's action. The scores for Round 6 in all three traditional 4way categories (Open/Advanced) and Round 7 in the AA/Intermediate Class were posted during the weather hold, and the leaderboards are up-to-date now.

The Sun Path Products NSL News also added as many called point deductions to the top teams on the AAA/Open Class leaderboard. Additional ones will be added as soon as they become available.

Exit training of the Golden Knights
The weather hold had another good side - if there could be any... There was time to meet the top teams and top competitors and discuss a few topics. There is not much time at all when the competition is in full swing, especially at a fast moving event as the USPA Nationals.

Usually, NSL Talk and interviews with the active teams and competitors have to wait until the day is over - if enough energy is there for additional projects. The Sun Path Products NSL News tries to use extra time during the day to bring the participants on site closer to the audience.

This morning, a group of former, reigning and potential 4way and 8way world champions joined a conversation that had exit techniques as a topic. It was actually Chris Farina's exit count that caught the attention and initiated the discussion of the history of exit counts. The new NSL Talk video presents Arizona Airspeed members Thomas Hughes, Mark Kirky and Chris Farina, together with Solly Williams and Brian "BK" Krause.
