The 19-pointer in the AAA Class is very competitive, and no member of the Canadian national world class 4way team Evolution was in the lineup. In fact, the score would qualify for IPC's female 4way category, as the Canadian AAA Class lineup at SkyVenture Montreal consisted of Johanie Boucher, Genny Guerin, Melanie L-Guerin and Monika Wittmer.
Female 4way competitors have taken a significant position in Canada, as the rankings and results of the Canadian Nationals 2013 were showing earlier this year. Three of the TOP 4 teams in Canada were female lineups, and Evolution also has Katie Woods in the Point slot.

SkyVenture Montreal's Vice President Marketing/Communications, Melanie L-Guerin, explained for the Sun Path Products NSL News that many girl teams have started training again, getting ready for the 2nd Canadian Indoor Skydiving Championship: "Girls continue to kick butt in Canada in the skydiving and wind tunnel world."
Melanie L-Guerin is one example on her own. She was a member of AA Class team BackClap who won Canadian gold medals in this category at the indoor and outdoor championships - with two more female team mates, Jennyfer Caron and Karyna Dallaire.

SkyVenture Montreal's AAA 19-Pointer | Fuzion at Canadian Nationals 2013 |
Johanie Boucher, Genny Guerin and Melanie L-Guerin knew each other from training and competing together in 2012. They now decided to get back together and take on the AAA Class sequence for November with Monika Wittmer.
Sisters Genny and Melanie L-Guerin are not only training and competing together. They love to fly and also run the SkyVenture Montreal operation for their father Alain Guerin who owns the wind tunnel. They have more work to come soon since father Alain Guerin is opening another tunnel in Toronto. Melanie L-Guerin added that her sister Genny is also an exceptionnaly talented freeflyer, one of only a few in Canada: "She is one of the girls who will be taking part in the women's vertical head down world record in November." It sounds like Canada may soon become a monthly Indoor Cloud League top contender...
