posted Dec 3rd, 2013 - Dubai Asaar's 8way team is on its way to win the 8way competition of the 4th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2013 on home turf. It would be great contribution to the national celebrations that are taking place at the moment in Dubai.

Craig Girard seems to have the 8way team on such a solid performance level that it is difficult to imagine a serious flaw or meltdown that could allow Monaco's 8way team or Fly Tanay from Russia to get close enough for a gold medal challenge.

New meet videos are now showing the red Monaco flyers with their first five rounds. Monaco has a 1-point lead over Russia in the battle for the 2nd place.

Fly Tanay is a new combination of Russian competitors. Andrey Barabash had also put together a colorful lineup for the World Cup 2013 where the team finished with a 9.2 average.

The lineup for the 4th DIPC 2013 is a stronger one and stands at 14.7 after five rounds. Nikolay Vylegzhanin, Vladimir Pavlenko and Sergey Shenin are three of the Barkli 4way and 8way members. Valentin Ilin and Vladimir Ostanin are training and competing with 4way team Sunny Wind. Former 8way world champion Alexey Minaev is the alternate for Sunny Wind.

Sergey Romaniv is a Russian 4way competitor, and Sunny Wind videographer Vadim Niyazov is on camera for Fly Tanay. There is a lot of 8way history in both teams from Monaco and Russia.
