Did You Know...

... that NSL-TV features the Indoor Cloud League Best of September sequences?

AAA and AA highscores in September: Bad Boys
posted Oct 12th, 2014 - The month of September has been over for the Indoor Cloud League groups for a while, even though two videos from SkyVenture Montreal are still missing. The participation almost matched the record number of August 2014, when all seven groups submitted scores and videos for all six sequences.

It's time again to honor the winning teams and lineups for their best performances in each category. The month of September was dominated by the Hurricane Factory Area 270 in Prague and SkyVenture Montreal. Only iFLY Orlando's Rookie AA Class lineup managed to outscore the other six groups.

The Czech national 4-way team Bad Boys once again posted the highest scores for the AAA and AA Class sequences, as they had done in August, and the CZ Ladies won the A Class easily. The Czech group still ended up only in 2nd place, as SkyVenture Montreal had the stronger lineups in the three Rookie Class categories.

Bronze medals at the world meet: Katie Woods with Evolution
It was difficult enough for the Bad Boys to win the AAA and AA Class sequences where the Bisson Family (father Richard, daughter Valerie, son Yannick) were back in action with Katie Woods, as the latest submissions of ICL scores and videos were showing.

The same lineup had competed for SkyVenture Montreal earlier this year before the FAI World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2014 interrupted their participation in August.

Katie Woods won the 4-way Open Class bronze medals with Canada's national 4-way team Evolution, while Valerie Bisson finished in 4th place with Fuzion in 4-way Women. Richard and Yannick Bisson joined them for the AAA and AA Class sequences last month and ended up closely behind the Bad Boys.

Czech league manager Jan Klapka is still dealing with an interesting situation in the AAA, AA and A categories. The indoor experts in the HF Chicks lineup are not even eligible for the A Class sequences any longer after blowing through the first four categories like a hurricane.

However, they still have not managed yet to outscore the Bad Boys with any of the AAA and AA Class sequences, even though they have tried it month by month. Their 21-pointer (AAA) and 22-pointer (AA) for September would have been competitive on the ICL leaderboard - but it was not enough to make it there. The CZ Ladies, national 4-way team in 4-way Women, are now helping out in the A Class where the HF Chicks cannot collect ICL points for the Czech group any longer.

Richard Bisson guided the same lineup that he had in the Rookie AAA Class in August to the winning score in September. His son Yannick then took his father's slot for the Rookie AA and Rookie A Class sequences where the videos still have to be linked to the scores.
