Did You Know...

... that Ben Liston followed up with more 4-way tips?

4-way tips by Ben Liston in June
posted Jun 26th, 2009 - The NSL News reported on 10 June 2009 that Ben Liston, Mass Defiance Center Inside, had put together a virtual tunnel training camp. The program has been offered in the NSL Shop ever since.

Ben Liston has supported his campaign to help skydivers and 4-way teams and competitors into the 4-way world by two articles that were recently published in USPA's Parachutist magazine.

The June issue offered the first part of the "First Steps for New 4-way Teams". Ben Liston provided an overview of the slots and the types of 4-way formations. He explained the piece partner and clones system. Then he provided the basics of mirrors and slot switchers. An overview of exit strategies completed the first part.

4-way tips by Ben Liston in July
The July issue follows up with general principles for 4-way skydiving, such as tips for the jump preparation and engineering. The final tips of the 4-way veteran competitor and coach cover the actual performance in freefall. He finishes the second part with one of the most important wisdoms: "Remember to have fun and be social at the end of the day."

Ben Liston's virtual tunnel training program provides much more content and detailed guidance for indoor training, as there is much more time available than there is space in a magazine. However, the combination of both is a great start to learn the basics of 4-way team jumping, training and competition.

The virtual tunnel training program will only be available for downloads for a few more days, until the end of June. The program is not available on DVD any longer, and the download option will be discontinued at the end of this month.

There is still enough time to get a copy of it, and interested skydivers can contact Ben Liston directly by e-mail:
