Did You Know...

... that Florida's 4-way competitors have a busy December schedule?

Florida's Indoor Cloud League group at iFLY Orlando
posted Dec 13th, 2014 - The indoor winter season is in full swing. The next competition has almost completed the first day in Poland, the Polish Indoor Open 2014 at Flyspot, while Florida teams will attend the annual local indoor competition at iFLY Orlando tonight.

The Florida group had posted new Indoor Cloud League scores after the FSL Tunnel Kicker on December 4th and came together again last Thursday. Results of the latest ICL event at iFLY Orlando was the addition of 13 points for the AAA Class sequence and an improved score for the Rookie AAA Class.

The Florida group has recently focused on preparations for tonight's indoor competition, which is limited to Rookie Class sequences. The December sequences for the AAA, AA and A categories will be back in focus at Florida's last ICL event this year next week.

The new scores brought the Florida group still closer to the current leader, the Hurricane Factory in Prague, Czech Republic. Both groups are close to each other in four of the six categories, while the scores of the Bad Boys have mainly created the 11-point lead.

Florida had once again an internal competition for the officially posted scores on the ICL leaderboard. Two lineups ended up tied with each other after the same three sequences (A - Rookie AAA - Rookie AA).

However, neither of the two teams scored high enough to improve the previously posted Florida scores in those categories.

In fact, only one of the five teams last Thursday scored higher and made it to the ICL leaderboard. Hal Spence, Steve Hubbard, Trevor Cedar and Kurt Gaebel will also compete at tonight's iFLY Orlando indoor competition and used the FSL Tunnel Kicker as a warm-up opportunity.

Gilles Dutrisac's lineup with Jairo Garcia, Sebastian Jimenez and James Hall actually completed the same number of formations in working time but lost a few points.

Gilles Dutrisac and James Hall have a lineup for the iFLY competition, as well. Andrea Greening will join her Foxtrot team mates again, who she competed with at the NSL Indoor and Outdoor Championships 2014.

Sebastian Jimenez was originally the 4th team member but had to cancel.

Gilles Dutrisac found an adequate substitute. Evolution member Martin Lemay is helping out tonight...
