Did You Know...

... that Arizona Airspeed and Bad Boys are in different troubles?

Weather troubles for Arizona Airspeed
posted Feb 26th, 2015 - The 4-way teams who will compete at the World Challenge 2015 continue with their preparations while watching this weekend's Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2015 from the distance.

At least two of the teams in Raeford, Golden Knights in 4-way Women and SDC Rhythm XP, have both indoor events on their 2015 schedule. They will also attend the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2015 in between.

Arizona Airspeed will face another challenging situation this weekend. The team's earlier flights from the west to the east coast were canceled due to bad weather conditions, and new arrival time in North Carolina will be Saturday morning. Host John D'Annunzio allows Airspeed to enter the flying chamber later than the other teams, as the competition begins at 7:30 AM. However, there will not be much time for thorough preparations for the confrontation with Rhythm.

Injury troubles for Arizona Airspeed
Airspeed is getting used to challenging circumstances though. Thomas Hughes had to compete with a broken hand at the Wind Games 2015, and the late arrival in the middle of the Paraclete XP competition will add new pressure on the US top contender.

There must have been a different kind of pressure on the Czech national 4-way team Bad Boys, as well, when they performed the Indoor Cloud League AAA Class sequence for February.

The Golden Knights had launched the February competition with world class scores for the AAA and AA sequences at iFLY Orlando, and the Bad Boys followed up with their very impressive 24- and 23-pointers for the same sequences, as the earlier February leaderboard was showing.

Lineup troubles for Bad Boys
Unfortunately, the Bad Boys replaced the Meeker (E) in the AAA Class sequence by accident with a Donut (J) at their earlier meeting, and the 24-pointer had to be removed. The Bad Boys have now replaced the missing score with a video of the correct sequence and a 23-pointer.

The Bad Boys had another update for the Sun Path Products NSL News. Jan Klapka reported from the Czech Republic that his team has to replace Center Outside Jan Lukavec at the World Challenge. Alternate Jarda Smitka will take the Point slot for the event and for previous training.

The Bad Boys have to scramble some of the other slots for the adjustment, and Jarda Smitka was in the new lineup that posted the 23-pointer for the AAA Class sequence. Jan Klapka said that his team goes back to the complete standard lineup after the World Challenge.
