Did You Know...

... that Hurricane Factory and SkyVenture Montreal tied in a 4-category Indoor Cloud League battle?

4Astrophe lineup with Katie Woods and Valerie Bisson
posted May 7th, 2015 - The Indoor Cloud League leaderboard for April was completed with the last videos and scores coming from SkyVenture Montreal. The new BEST OF THE MONTH video features the eight teams and lineups who posted the highest scores for the six ICL categories.

Bad Boys from the Hurricane Factory in the Czech Republic and a well known Canadian 4Astrophe lineup at SkyVenture Montreal shared the highscore for the AAA Class sequence (C,7,D,17). The same two teams also performed the AA Class sequences (J,7,15) for their home tunnels, and the Bad Boys won this internal competition by two points.

Father Richard and son Yannick Bisson had daughter and sister Valerie Bisson back in the lineup, who is training with Canada's national team in 4-way Women, Fuzion. She and former Evolution member Katie Woods helped SkyVenture Montreal's AAA/AA lineup to the top scores last month.

Richard and Yannick Bisson at iFLY Orlando
Richard and Yannick Bisson had earlier scores on the ICL leaderboard before they competed with their own team. They had visited the Florida Skydiving League group at one of the ICL meets at iFLY Orlando last month and posted 22 (AAA) and 21 (AA) points for the same sequences.

Sebastian Jimenez and Kurt Gaebel completed the lineup at iFLY Orlando, and Florida was not able to improve these scores during the remainder of the month. Valerie Bisson and Katie Woods were the rear piece for 4Astrophe and helped Richard and Yannick Bisson to improve their own earlier scores easily.

iFLY Orlando still managed to keep one of the group's highscores on the ICL leaderboard for April. Half of the DeLand Flashpoint lineup (Jim Prochaska, Jairo Garcia) posted the 30-pointer in the A Class.

Richard Bisson with Slim Jim
Richard Bisson also guided SkyVenture Montreal's A Class team Slim Jim (Richard Bisson, Normand Favreau, Nicolas Galardo, Stéphane Hervieux) to the highscore for the RRR Class sequence. Djordje Mandaric, Dmitry Rudchenko, Nancy McFadden and Jay Alspach won the RR Class competition for iFLY Seattle.

Last not least, there was another tie in the R Class. Amanda Lampton and Scott Levy posted a 27-pointer, together with iFLY Dallas rookies Christine Schmitt and Michael Erickson. The R Class lineup of iFLY SF Bay actually squeezed one more point into the 35-second working time. However, one point deduction made it a tie for the R Class sequence.

The Hurricane Factory won the third month this year with a total of 149 points. The combined total of all highscores was 163 points. The 4-category duel between Hurricane Factory and SkyVenture Montreal (AAA - AA - A - RRR) ended up in a tie. The May sequences are ready to be taken apart...
