... that Monaco Vitalsea's 8-way lineup won the Coupe de France 8-way competition in May?

Monaco Vitalsea at the Coupe de France May meet
posted Jun 7th, 2015 - The Sun Path Products NSL News reported the season opener in France with the story on June 1st. The Coupe de France event also includes 8-way competition, and three teams completed seven rounds on the same weekend.

Monaco Vitalsea's 4-way team has been a consistent topic for several years. However, the French 8-way champions of the late 80s and early 90s eventually came back to their roots, as well, after launching their Monaco 4-way project in 2005.

The 4-way lineup (Didier Boignon, Stéphane Mattoni, Jeff Ronzevalle, Franck Vazille, with Claude Ferraro on camera) has been very consistent over the years, while the 8-way lineup changes meet by meet. The 8-way team mates are a colorful selection of former French top competitors and newer generations in French 4-way and 8-way.

Monaco Vitalsea had three members of the 4-way lineup (Didier Boignon, Jeff Ronzevalle, Franck Vazille) at the 4-way competition and once again built the foundation for the 8-way lineup, as well. Patricia Cacheux had replaced Stéphane Mattoni in 4-way.

This time, Monaco Vitalsea invited the winning 4-way team, FluidZ Bouloc, and all four members joined the 8-way lineup: Damien Gouriou, Stef Millet, Isabelle Nore and Vincent Nore.

Claude Ferraro was also on 8-way camera before he got sick and was replaced by FluidZ videographer Franck Boucher.

The earlier story introduced Damien Gouriou, who is a member of the current French national team in 4-way Open. He also competed for France in 8-way at the 5th Dubai International Parachuting Championship.

Artemis Saumur Flyzone at the World Challenge 2015
The same story explained that Isabelle Nore was a member of the French team White and See (Christele Askew, Julie Levy, Emanuelle Nicols, Isabelle Nore) who battled with Aerokart Deep Blue for the French top position in the female 4-way category in 2008. Vincent Nore was the third FluidZ Bouloc member in Monaco Vitalsea's 8-way team, and Pamela Lissajoux completed the lineup.

She is a current member of the French B-Team in 4-way, Artemis Saumur Flyzone, with player coach Mathieu Bernier, 4-way and 8-way double world champion of 2010. Artemis Saumur Flyzone had finished with a 25.0 average at the World Challenge 2015 and did not compete in Bouloc. The three other team members (Aurelien Lemaire, Pamela Lissajoux, Eliott Lesimple) all entertained themselves in 8-way.

Aurelien Lemaire and Eliott Lesimple joined Manu Sarrazin's 8-way team and ended up in 2nd place with the team captain of the French national 8-way team. Mathieu Bernier and Manu Sarrazin are both back in the French 8-way lineup for 2015 and 2016.
