Did You Know...

... that three SkyVenture Montreal lineups joined Indoor Cloud League forces to take the June lead?

SkyVenture Montreal's AAA/AA Class lineup for June
posted Jun 29th, 2015 - The Sun Path Products NSL News posted Indoor Cloud League videos from SkyVenture Montreal with the story on May 21st, which covered the "Chuteless Devils", very young Canadian indoor 4-way flyers.

The scores of the "Chuteless Devils" were submitted too late for the month of April, however, they would have lifted SkyVenture Montreal from 6th to 2nd place. The conclusion was obvious: "SkyVenture Montreal, with the Bisson family and the new junior team, will soon be back charging for the top of the ICL leaderboard..."

In fact, Richard Bisson and Katie Woods were back a month later with scores and videos for all six categories and took the 2nd place for the May sequences. The June competition is coming to its end very soon, and the Canadian team has now taken the top spot after adding the missing AAA and AA Class scores.

It would be the first time this year that SkyVenture Montreal finishes in 1st place. The Hurricane Factory won in January, March, April and May. Only iFLY Orlando interfered once with the Czech 4-way indoor dominance in February.

Father Richard Bisson and 15-year old son Yannick performed the AAA and AA Class sequences once again with former Evolution member Katie Woods. Their lineup has a new 4-way competitor in the Tail slot.

Katie Woods has been training SkVenture Montreal's tunnel instructors in 4-way belly flying for a few months, and the first results are now showing. Guillaume Boileau works at SkyVenture Montreal and is now challenging the Czech Bad Boys in the Tail slot.

Guillaume Boileau was a freeflyer before and had competed in "Neo-Freestyle" at the Indoor World Championships in 2012 in Singapore, where he finished in 2nd place. Katie Woods was at the same event for her first competition with the new Evolution lineup of 2013 and 2014. Now they compete together in 4-way for SkyVenture Montreal's Indoor Cloud League scores. He started with the A Class sequence in May and moved up to the AAA/AA sequences this month.

Richard Bisson had his Slim Jim lineup (Richard Bisson, Normand Favreau, Nicolas Galardo, Stéphane Hervieux) back together for June's A and RRR Class sequences, who currently own the highscores for the two categories.

Last and not least, the new GoChix team (Danielle Bastien, Joëlle Fex, Janie Pesant, Aristide Saavedra) added the scores for the RR and R Class sequences. The GoChix launched the team project last winter, and they are still looking for a 4th female member. In the meantime, Aristide Saavedra is helping out.
