Did You Know...

... that Junior teams Zeleny and Zluty have a lot of AAA Class homework to do?

3rd place in AAA: CZ Ladies
posted Oct 5th, 2015 - The latest Indoor Cloud League scores and videos from the Hurricane Factory in the Czech Republic were posted shortly after the national indoor championships at the host location of the upcoming 1st FAI World Indoor Skydiving Championships.

Jan Klapka's ICL team is back in 1st place, as it has been in four months this year. His group of Czech 4-way teams has allowed three other ICL teams to finish in 1st place in the last three months, and the September leaderboard is not complete yet.

Seven different Czech teams competed for the honor of posting the ICL scores for the Hurricane Factory last month, and four of them made it onto the September leaderboard: Bad Boys (AAA - AA), Flying Circus (A), Mimozemky (RRR - RR) and Junior Zeleny (R).

AAA Class homework: Junior Zeleny
The two Czech junior teams, Zeleny and Zluty, once again extended their Indoor Cloud League participation at the Hurricane Factory. September was the third month that coach Jan Klapka had both teams in his ICL team. Both teams started with performing only the R Class sequence in July and added the two other Rookie Class sequences (RR - RRR) in August.

September was the first month for the juniors to take on a longer sequence with a block. Zeleny and Zluty both performed the A Class sequence (L,F,9) and all three Rookie Class sequences, as well.

Both teams had also competed at the Czech Indoor Nationals before, where they completed all ten rounds in the AA Class competition.

AAA Class homework: Junior Zluty
Junior team Zeleny has been registered to compete for the Czech Republic in the 4-way Junior category at the 1st FAI World Indoor Skydiving Championships. FAI/IPC have only the complete Open Class dive pool for the 4-way juniors in their set of indoor rules. Jan Klapka said that it is hard for the team to get ready for the event with only 15 minutes of tunnel training time per week.

The 4-way junior category has no other registered teams for the world meet, as the two French Ak'demie teams decided to compete at the Clash of Champions, where the AA and A categories are also available.

Zeleny will still compete as a "demo team", as event organizer Sarka Blaskova explained. In fact, both Czech junior teams have been invited to compete as "demo teams" in the AAA/Open Class, where they will meet their coach Jan Klapka with the Bad Boys, while the HF Chicks have their own category in 4-way Women. Both junior teams have a lot of homework to do before the ten rounds in the AAA/Open Class competition in Prague...
