Did You Know...

... that the countdown clock of the World Challenge 2016 is ticking?

Marin Ferre with the French national Open Class team
posted Mar 31st, 2016 - The action time at the World Challenge 2016 is slowly coming closer. It begins with the competition draw, which will be posted at 11 PM local Bedford time tonight.

The flying chamber is naturally extremely busy at this time of the year. Many teams use the final days before the competition to get familiar with Bedford's flying chamber. Several teams arrive on Wednesday and Thursday and schedule their last training sessions right before the World Challenge.

The Sun Path Products NSL News spent some time on the flight level and captured parts of the action with the NSL-TV camera, which included NMP PCH Hayabusa's training session. The Belgian 4-way world champions did not look as good as usual in their element. Well, it was not really their territory - at least not on Thursday afternoon.

Parachute Montreal Fuzion in Bedford
Black Cat and Barguzin arrived from Russia. Valentin Ilin told the Sun Path Products NSL News that Black Cat's 4-way and 8-way lineups recently trained in Dubai and will travel to DeLand shortly after the visit in Bedford.

The two South African indoor opponents, Jazz Republic and Savolo, completed their final training sessions, as well. The World Challenge serves as the national indoor championship for South Africa at the same time.

Savolo will compete with alternate and Verve XP member Andre van Heerden, as Alex Jordaan is not available. Jazz

Republic has the complete lineup in Bedford.

Parachute Montreal Fuzion has arrived, as well as the French national 4-way teams. National coach Marin Ferre said that he has to fly with Aerokart Ak'demie's AAA junior lineup this time, at least on Friday.

One of the young team members was not released from school and will arrive for the Saturday rounds only. The clock is ticking on the live streaming page for the countdown of the World Challenge 2016...
