U.S. top contender in 4-way VFS, SDC Core, was apparently only playing with the opponents in Round 1. The 21-pointer in Round 2 was putting all other VFS teams back in place, and it does not look like Transfert or Evolution have any serious chances to keep up with the U.S. team.
The situation is somehow similar in 4-way Open, where NMP PCH HayaBusa is two points ahead of Black Cat in 2nd place, even after a point deduction in Round 1. Arizona Airspeed lost a point in Round 1, as well, and the expected battle for the bronze medals has currently turned into a race for silver.
The NSL Reality TV camera captured the final preparations for Round 1 in 4-way Open and 4-way Women. Arizona Airspeed was in the first load, while NMP PCH HayaBusa was the last team in the starting order. Hopefully, the teams will soon be boarding the planes according to their new ranking order.
Airspeed's whole extended lineup was present for the boarding of Round 1, including Mikhail Markine who recovers from his hand injury, and Ari Perelman, who will replace Thomas Hughes after the USPA Nationals 2016. They both took a few minutes on camera for the new NSL Reality TV clip.
