Did You Know...

... that the February leaderboard of the Indoor Cloud League is complete?

R Class February highscore: iFLY Sacramento
posted Mar 11th, 2017 - The last Indoor Cloud League scores and videos for the month of February were added to the 14+ leaderboard by iFLY Dallas.

Phoenix XP member Amanda Lampton and her former Dallas 350 team mate Lucas King were the only available player coaches last month, and they put their ICL participants together in four different lineups, who all contributed to the February total of 85 points.

Lucas King's lineup (Genifer Oliver, Kyle Hermberg, Brandy Verhalen) posted the AAA/AA scores, Amanda Lampton added the RR/R scores, with Christine Brownmiller, Melody Storm and Lauren Brown in the Rookie Class lineup. The A/RRR lineups flew the sequences without guidance by player coaches.

Amanda Lampton's Rookie Class lineup had the highest scores on the 14+ leaderboard in February. However, the three Rookie Class sequences (RRR - RR - R) are identical on both leaderboards for the different flying chambers (14+ and 12+) and iFLY Sacramento's 4-way rookies (Kristen and Justin Breaux, with player coaches Lori Connor and Matt Stephens) posted the highest R Class number with a 25-pointer. The two other Rookie Class scores (RRR - RR) were posted by the HF Junior Flies at the Hurricane Factory.

A Class highscores on both leaderboards: AirDevils
The Czech 4-way teams dominated once again the Indoor Cloud League competition in February and gave away only two highscores. The HF Junior Cubs ended up one single point behind their 4-way Junior rivals from Canada, the Air Devils , and the young HF Junior Blue lineup is not ready yet to deliver highscores in the Rookie Class categories.

The HF Chicks took care of the AAA/AA sequences, and the two scores were the highest ones on both leaderboards, even though the 14+ sequences were actually slower compared to the 12+ sequences.

4Astrophe from Canada and iFLY SF Bay's player coaches shared the highscore for the AAA sequence on the 12+ leaderboard with 20-pointers, and 4Astrophe added the AA Class highscore with 19 points. The Canadian Air Devils won the A Class competition on both leaderboards.

Teams flying in 14+ wind tunnel chambers have naturally the opportunity to perform the 12+ sequences, as well, and SkyVenture Montreal has complete sets of six scores and videos on both leaderboards.

AAA Class 20-pointer: Blue Steel
In the meantime, the Czech indoor 4-way teams completed their next 10-round competition of the World Tunnel League (WTL) this week at the Hurricane Factory, and teams in Florida joined them this time with a synchronized competition draw. The Sun Path Products NSL News will follow up with more information very soon.

The competition draw for the WTL competition included the sequences of the monthly Indoor Cloud League draw in Round 10, and the teams had the opportunity to perform the same ones under meet conditions, and they could also possibly improve the posted ICL numbers for March.

iFLY Tampa's ICL team had posted the first March scores on 19 February 2017. Blue Steel (20) and Team Kaputt (19) both beat the posted 18-pointer for the AAA Class sequence in Round 10, and Blue Steel's 20-pointer will add two points to iFLY Tampa's March total. Florida's AA and RRR teams were not able to score higher than the standing ICL scores in Round 10.
