... that Fast4ward XP submitted a AAA Class 23-pointer for the Paraclete ICL team?

Paraclete XP's Indoor Cloud League team
posted Jun 25th, 2017 - The Indoor Cloud League competition has created another interesting situation, this time on the 14+ leaderboard.

The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 17 June 2017 how the Paraclete XP team has picked up the pace in the past few months after joining the Indoor Cloud with the beginning of the 2017 season.

The Paraclete team, organized by Jessica Haugaard and Phoenix XP members Morgan Womble and Lauren Byrd, first won the April competition by one point over iFLY Seattle (119 - 118) and followed up with a total of 118 points in May. This was enough to take away the 3rd place on the 2017 leaderboard from Florida's team at iFLY Tampa (495 - 490).

The Paraclete team has become even stronger, after Fast4Ward XP submitted a 23-pointer for the AAA Class June sequence. Florida's group posted a complete set of six scores and videos for June on 6 June 2017, which included an 18-pointer for the same sequence, and Paraclete is five points ahead after one of the six sequences.

Original Fast4ward lineup
The Sun Path Products NSL News had introduced Fast4Ward XP on 16 January 2017, after the team had launched the 2017 training. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a false start, as player coach Gilles Dutrisac could not continue when he did not recover well and quickly enough after a recent knee surgery.

However, the other three team members (Andrea Greening, James Hall, Jimmy Xu) were eager to continue and tried to find a substitute in the same slot. Paraclete XP's Kirk Verner, former 4-way and 8-way world champion and original member of Arizona Airspeed, agreed to step in, and Fast4ward was able to continue with training for the 2017 season.

A recent training camp at Paraclete XP generated the score and the video for the AAA Class sequence of the Indoor Cloud League June competition, and Paraclete XP's ICL team was gladly accepting the 23-pointer.

The interesting situation is related to the members of both lineups that posted the first scores for the AAA Class sequence in June.

Jimmy Xu and James Hall at an ICL event in Tampa
Sally Hathaway was player coaching Jimmy Xu last year when Zhills PreciZion won the USPA gold medals in the AA/Intermediate Class. Jimmy Xu moved on and joined Fast4ward XP to take on the AAA Class dive pool this year.

He is back in the tail slot, with Canadian piece partner Andrea Greening, and James Hall is the point for Fast4ward.

Sally Hathaway is helping the Florida team at iFLY Tampa with coaching, and she was in the AAA Class lineup for the June sequence on June 6, together with AAA Class newcomer Yvonne Saa, James Hall and Kurt Gaebel.

Jimmy Xu's Fast4ward team mate James Hall was soon back in action with his piece partner Kirk Verner this month, and the well trained lineup pulled far away from the Florida team.

Jimmy Xu has attended several ICL events at iFLY Tampa in the past and competed also with Blue Steel at the first two World Tunnel League meets at iFLY Tampa, and there is a good chance that he might be back to score again for a different lineup, possibly either with former player coach Sally Hathaway and former team mate Erica Gorski, or with new team mate James Hall...
