Eventually not much changed on the second day, even though Weembi came out of the starting blocks for Round 6 on Saturday morning as strong as it was expected and reduced the deficit from five to three points. However, HayaBusa reacted like world champions and did not allow Weembi to win another round until the meet was completed with a 7-point advantage for the Belgians.
Both teams had distanced themselves far away from the rest of the field, HayaBusa by 25 points and Weembi by 18 points from Arizona Airspeed and Black Cat, who were tied in 3rd place after Round 10.
It has never been much different at the events that the two teams have attended with their two lineups of five Belgian and three French 4-way outdoor world champions, with one exception.
Arizona Airspeed's 2015 lineup (Chris Farina, Thiago Gomes, Niklas Hemlin, Thomas Hughes) managed to position themselves between HayaBusa and Weembi at the Clash of Champions 2015 with a 30.5 average. The same event at Inflight Dubai was the start of the duel between the two teams that has been going on for almost two years by now.
The goal was simple and easy to define: Beat the three Belgian outdoor world champions of 2014 with their new member Jeroen Nollet in the tail slot that Weembi's Roy Janssen had left open after winning the gold medals for Belgium in Prostejov.
HayaBusa had just unified the FAI/IPC indoor and outdoor titles after winning the first FAI Indoor World Meet with their new lineup and won again a few months later at the Clash of Champions.
Weembi's High Rollers made plans only for indoor training and competition and did not intend to compete with the official French national 4-way Open Class team, RealFly-Sion. The next direct confrontation came almost a year after the first Clash in Dubai, at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2016.
Weembi was a trained indoor team by then and ended up only four points (306 - 302) behind HayaBusa and far ahead (302 - 279) of RealFly-Sion in 3rd place.

Then came the 2017 season, where both teams scheduled four indoor meets that they would attend, and HayaBusa won the first one, the Wind Games, by five points (325 - 320). A few months later, the Belgians invaded French territory and Weembi home turf in Lille for the French Indoor Nationals where did not allow the High Rollers to win any of the ten rounds (313 - 390). The four HayaBusa members also won the 8-way competition at Weembi Lille with the Fly-In Machine 44.
The training plans became more serious on a regular basis and included two hours of indoor training every month. The results at the World Challenge a few weeks after the French Indoor Nationals were very promising, even though HayaBusa fended off the next challenge by one single point.
The FAI Indoor World Meet in Montreal became the final and ultimate showdown, where both teams were once again on eye level and far ahead of the rest of the field. However, one bad round and a very consistent performance by the Belgians drowned the Weembi hopes for the gold medals, and NMP PCH HayaBusa continue as the reigning indoor and outdoor 4-way world champions. The Weembi High Rollers will hopefully make new plans for the 2018 season...
