It is only a matter of time when the translation into AAA Class competition will take place, which has already happened randomly when young 4-way competitors have taken on the complete dive pool. Air Devils member Yannick Bisson has even made the next step with his AFF completion in Canada that included 4-way training and competition.

The SKYLEAGUE.COM world rankings calculate the average of the best three meets that the teams have attended to determine the ranking average and the final position.
This often does not help the positioning of teams that compete more frequently, as most of the 4-way junior teams have been doing.
The ranking with the highest meet average only is showing even more clearly how much the best 4-way junior teams dominate the AA Class competition.
In fact, the four junior teams that competed in Montreal have taken the four top spots in the rankings that include a total of 81 AA Class teams with indoor scores this year.
These adjusted rankings disregard the AA Class teams that eventually competed in the AAA/Open Class this year.
Two 4-way lineups of Qatar's national 8-way team, the Qatar Falcons, competed earlier this year at the 1st Arab Championship, where Qatar's 4-way team, the Tigers, won the AAA Class competition with a 26.1 average.
The two Falcons lineups are not well trained in 4-way, while they placed 3rd in 8-way at the USPA Nationals 2017 after a 4th place at the FAI Mondial 2016. However, even their high AA Class averages were not even close to Aerokart Ak'demie 2 and Air Devils in Montreal. Bahrain and Texas Crush both eventually competed in the AAA Class, as well.
It surely is not a big surprise that the 4-way juniors are taking over the top rankings with enough training. There are no limitations for the learning progression, and it is no news that children and teenagers have the better learning potential compared to adults. Their body sizes and weights are also supporting indoor training and competition.
The HF Cubs from the Czech Republic are an all-female lineup, while the winning Aerokart Ak'demie lineup had an all-male lineup, with alternate Astryd Casimir.
The Air Devils have three boys (Yannick Bisson, Malachai DeAth, Matthew Ortlieb) and Emma Grey in the lineup, with alternate Coralie Boudreault. The Singapore team has a mixed lineup, as well.
The 4-way juniors are now back in their homelands, where they can train and compete for the next high-profile meet where they may upset the adult lineups at a live event, or they can also post scores on the Indoor Cloud League and World Tunnel League leaderboards every month in any possible combination and category...
