The French national 4-way team posted another highscore in Round 3 and has won each round so far. Hayabusa coach Joey Jones said that the meet is far from over. He expects his team to catch up when the faster rounds of the meet are coming. The NSL News has already completed a little chat with Joey Jones and Gary Smith, the video will be uploaded later today.
None of the top contenders lost any points in Round 3. The German team FSC Eisenach-Paratec has given up one point per round so far. They jumped with alternate Olaf Biedermann in the Center Inside slot today. The original lineup will be complete from tomorrow on.
The NSL News also has the videos of the French national team in the female 4-way category, Aerokart Deep Blue Maubeuge. The three 19-pointers will be uploaded later today, as well.
The NSL News learned from Sarah Smith already during the opening ceremony that there was a plan for the Fun Flag. The NSL News visited the UK tent this morning and found the whole UK delegation in the middle of the last conspirative ritual with the flag.
Sarah Smith explained how the Fun Flag made it from Maubeuge last year to Prostejov this week. Most importantly, the flag has been cleaned up and is in great shape.
The competitors of the UK delegation were getting the flag ready to fly it later today. The spot is unknown so far.
Chicas and Incognito Leutkirch also continued with their race for the silver medals. The Chicas broke the tie with a 16-pointer, and Incognito has to come from behind now.
Both German teams are clearly ahead of Kaizen. However, the British team is doing very well so far and is on its way to increase the meet average once again. The judges are still working on the scores for Round 2 in the Open Class.
