Eliana Rodriguez said that she enjoyed seeing many of the usual faces come back after the long break: "Fortunately the heat didn't keep them away."
There were also three new ASL 4-way competitors at the meet last weekend. Former Dallas 350 member Jens Groenemeyer was in town for a few days and joined one of the younger ASL teams. Eliana Rodriguez said that the COVID Team they had a blast with him: "Nick Pierceall, who is newer to 4-way and did a great job today, was team mates with Jens Groenemeyer."

AZ Windf... were almost back with the same lineup that had attended the first ASL meet this year, the 2020 season opener in January (Beth Bryan, Bekie Thompson, Jonathan Perl). LeAnne Schwab, a regular ASL visitor from Colorado, completed the Windf... lineup last weekend.
Eliana Rodriguez and Michelle Karamon said that the June meet was Beth Bryan's final Arizona Skydiving League meet, as she will be moving soon.
The Arizona Skydiving League will also miss Tripp Schwab in the future. He announced his retirement from skydiving on Saturday:
"We want to thank Tripp Schwab for all his awesome video work during our league over the past year and a half. We are more than honored to have his last jump be at our league event. Thank you, Tripp, and we look forward to seeing you around on the ground."
