Did You Know...

... that Arizona Airspeed and NMP PCH HayaBusa both have new team videographers?

Arizona Airspeed 2020
posted Jul 19th, 2020 - Arizona Airspeed and NMP PCH HayaBusa have currently a lot in common. The NSL News has given the recent personnel changes in both teams comprehensive attention. In fact, the arguably three best 4-way teams in the world were all in a similar situation, as SDC Rhythm XP have a new team member, as well.

The latest change in one of the lineups was Arizona Airspeed's video slot, as the NSL News mentioned in the update on July 17th. David French is not coming back behind the camera, and Taylor Buffington is taking his slot. Arizona Airspeed now provided the first outdoor training videos of the new lineup for the NSL News, which were recorded by the new team videographer.

The videos are showing a well-trained team after 200 jumps that seems to be ready for competition. The main question is when and where the next competition will take place. Arizona Airspeed will not be NMP PCH HayaBusa's direct opponent at the Mondial 2020 next year, where SDC Rhythm XP compete for the U.S. delegation with the team's new lineup.

SDC Rhythm XP's Andrew Happick said that his team has trained indoors and outdoors with new inside center Christy Frikken. He was glad to see that the team performance was almost at the same point where the Rhythm was before JaNette Lefkowitz stepped back.

While Arizona Airspeed is working with new team videographer Taylor Buffington to deliver the same quality footage that David French guaranteed for the team, David Grauwels has been fine-tuning his own filming performance for NMP PCH HayaBusa.

The Belgian 4-way world champions sent a few new videos of recent team training jumps to the NSL News. David Grauwels has been experimenting with different exit angles since his team has been back in freefall action, first in Germany, followed recently by more indoor and outdoor training in Belgium.

He plans to have different exits available to catch formations and block maneuvers from the best angles for the judges. The latest HayaBusa videos are presenting the team in different ways right after the exit.

David Grauwels is also experimenting with his equipment, specifically with his video jumpsuit. He said that he does not need booties for his filming position, and he tries to master the exits without them, as well. He will soon explain more of the details in a new NSL Live Talk session.
