It was the first event of the new indoor winter season, after the 5-month break for the outdoor season and the restrictions of the corona virus pandemic. The same update mentioned briefly that the 4-way juniors of the HF Flying Rebels and the HF Dragonflies competed for the first time in the AAA Class.
With this step up into the AAA Class world, both teams follow the path that Czech 4-way godfather Jan Klapka had set for the HF Cubs, who eventually ended up with 4-way Junior gold medals at the FAI Indoor World Meet 2019. The HF Cubs had stepped up from AA/4-way Junior competition sequences to the AAA Class dive pool half a year before they would compete for the 4-way Junior gold medals at Weembi Lille. They attended five AAA Class meets, including the April meet of the Czech World Tunnel League, just a few weeks before the indoor world meet where they would perform eight AA Class sequences.
This month's WTL/ETL/CZTL AAA Class competition featured Flying Rebels and HF Dragonflies for the first time on the same AAA Class leaderboard, together with the HF Cubs who are now competing in 4-way Women and jump from planes at Jan Klapka's skydiving school in Most.

HF Flying Rebels and HF Dragonflies both started together in Jan Klapka's 4-way junior program for the winter season of 2017/2018, the Dragonflies in the Rookie Class, Flying Rebels in the A Class. Both teams then moved up together into the AA Class for the next two years (2018/2019 and 2019/2020), which was the bigger step for the Dragonflies who skipped the A Class level.
They have been training for the next indoor world meet together, where the Flying Rebels will try to defend the Czech 4-way Junior world championship title. This event was originally scheduled for April 2021, and the recent move into the AAA Class would have been the exact copy of the HF Cubs progression to the gold medals. Unfortunately, the indoor world meet was recently canceled, and there is no new date for it.
Jan Klapka still decided to make the next move with HF Flying Rebels and HF Dragonflies despite the open date for the next indoor world meet. He has now even more time with his youngest 4-way competitors to prepare them for the AA Class competition by challenging them with the AAA Class dive pool.
It was a different situation for the two 4-way junior teams who took on the AAA Class dive pool for the first time. They kept up very well with Flying Circus and Cubs in the sequences without slot-switchers and had to learn their lessons in the other five rounds. HF Flying Rebels are the selected Czech national team in 4-way Junior, and they won the duel once again by 18 points (177 - 159). However, Dragonflies won the internal memory challenge in the five special rounds (63 - 58).
Not all Czech teams had their complete lineups available, once again due to the corona virus implications. HF Cubs were missing Sabina Cioleková, and Flying Rebel Denisa Jeziakova helped out. She competed with both teams in the AAA Class. Dragonflies competed without Nela Kadecková, and Flying Rebel Martin Stránský completed their lineup for his own 20 meet rounds.
Denisa Jeziakova experienced a new pace with the HF Cubs at her first AAA Class competition and double-duties. She finished with the 17.7 average of her own team and then added a 22.2 average as the substitute for the HF Cubs.
