posted Mar 5th, 2022 - Two other national indoor championships took place before Arizona Airspeed won the U.S. title at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship and defeated NMP PCH HayaBusa at the Shamrock Showdown.

The NSL News reported the British Indoor Nationals with information coming from Pete Allum who competed with his team Meraki at the event.

Norway's national indoor championships took place on the same weekend and attracted four AAA Class teams to the second Norwegian windtunnel near Oslo. The A Class was once again the more popular category in Norway with nine participating teams.

Norway's national outdoor team, Agera FS 2022, won their first indoor title, after finishing on top of the outdoor leaderboard in the summer last year. However, Agera have not signed up for the FAI Indoor World Cup in April, as they have begun with their preparations for the outdoor world meet in October.

Agera had posted a 21.1 average at the 1st Dubai International Tunnel Championship (DIPC) in December 2021 and followed up with the 20.9 average a few months later in Norway.

Norway's national 4-way team had more competition than they may have expected at the indoor championships. Four young ladies, who have been 4-way indoor experts for a while, staid close enough and within striking distance to keep Agera on alert.

In fact, the VossVind Girls had warmed up well enough at the end of the competition to outscore Agera with the total of the last three rounds. They won or tied five highscores in the 10-round competition.

The 19.9 average of the VossVind Girls was not even the team's top scoring level. They have a 21.3 average in the team records that the same lineup posted at the Wind Games 2019.

The same lineup (Hilda Bastesen Storebo, Oda Bastesen Storebo, Arlene Storebo, Vilde Hansen) has an even longer history together. The Storebo family team started with 4-way training and competition together in 2015, and Vilde Hansen joined them in 2016.

They competed together for the first time in the 4-way Junior category of the FAI Indoor World Cup 2016. They moved up to AAA Class competition a year later and posted their first scores at the Bodyflight Revenge in October.

Two years later, at the FAI Indoor World Meet 2019, they were back in 4-way Women, after leaving the 4-way Junior age and dive pool behind. The Wind Games 2020 was the last meet for the VossVind Girls before the corona virus crisis break.

It was still the same 2016 lineup that gave Agera FS 2022 a competition on the AAA Class leaderboard last month. No 4-way team from Norway is registered for the upcoming indoor world cup in Charleroi.
