Did You Know...

... that the Czech Republic has a very strong delegation in Charleroi?

HF Flying Circus in Charleroi
posted Apr 8th, 2022 - The start of the second competition day at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 did not change much, as it was expected, according to the evaluation of the competition draw by Gary Smith. Arizona Airspeed keep retaliating after the 4-point damage in Round 2, the fastest sequence of the competition. Even the loss of this round doesn't hurt the U.S. champions, as they perform on a different level than all the other teams.

It is interesting to see how NMP PCH HayaBusa are building momentum and confidence with the new team member, meet by meet and round by round. It seems like the Belgians have switched to the competition for silver medals with France, after first expecting a battle with ISR FireFlash for the bronze medals.

FireFlash have to hold off Skydive Midwest NEXT behind the medal rankings, and the tightest part of the 4-way Open Class leaderboard plays around the remaining Top 10 spots.

HF Flying Circus is a part of this exciting competition, as it was expected, according to the last NSL Power Rankings. The Czech 4-way Open Class team cannot win medals, however, they may be a part of the most successful nation in horizontal Formation Skydiving competition.

It was hard to imagine that the Czech Republic might become a powerhouse in Formation Skydiving competition in the future when Jan Klapka launched his 4-way junior project at the Hurricane Factory in Prague years ago.

The NSL News has brought the progress of the project to the attention of the audience on a very regular basis, as Jan Klapka and the Czech teams appreciated the World Tunnel League and the Indoor Cloud League activities and have participated fully in them for many years.

FAI Indoor World Meet 2019, and it was not a random success. The HF Cubs The results of Jan Klapka's efforts became clear when the HF Cubs won the 4-way Junior world championship title at the are now on the way to win the 4-way Women world cup title three years later and with the same lineup. On top of that, the next Czech 4-way Junior team, the HF Flying Rebels, seem to defend the top position in the world successfully at this point in time.

It was unthinkable years ago that the Czech Republic could win two sets of gold medals at an FAI event, with competition from the United States, France and Russia. It has become reality, and HF Flying Circus can be proud to be a part of this Czech delegation.
