posted Jun 1st, 2022 - 4-way teams in Poland concluded their indoor 2021 league season several months later than planned last year. The recently posted scores were actually a part of the 2021 season.

The Flyspot tunnels had offered participating teams once again an extended time period of two weeks (May 16 - 31) to complete the ten rounds at any of the three Flyspot locations.

It was a smaller field than usual, as the ongoing health crisis and the additional political troubles near the Russian border have not made it any easier to organize events. However, the new Flyspot Liga competition took place anyway, and the four visiting teams from the Czech Republic increased at least the leaderboard of the Rookie Class.

The NSL News had explained on 5 January 2021 how some Czech families have attended the events in Poland, for training and for competition, especially the ones at Flyspot Katowice. HF Flying Circus member Martina Vavackova has been a frequent visitor in Katowice to work with the 4-way juniors who live in the Czech area of Moravia, near the border with Poland.

The Czech 4-way senior parents and siblings (Moravian Flyers, Moravian Cats) brought their children (Smajlici) back to Poland for the first indoor meet of the Flyspot Liga this year, and they outscored the two junior teams once again on the Rookie Class leaderboard. The same four Czech teams had also competed just a few weeks ago at the last competition of the Czech Tunnel League League's 2021/2022 winter season.

The NSL News update on January 25th had explained how Jan "Geisha" Klapka in the Czech Republic and Zbigniew "Zbig" Kordzikowski in Poland have been taking care of 4-way teams in their respective countries.

Zbigniew "Zbig" Kordzikowski himself was back in action with his own team, Flyspot Sky4Four, who had missed the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022, that they were first registered for. The Polish team was still listed on the first NSL Power Rankings in one of the early event previews.

Missing the meet at Airspace Charleroi was neither related to the corona virus crisis nor to the political situation on the Russian border this time. Poland's national 4-way indoor and outdoor team had even paid registration fees and were ready to travel to Belgium when a last-minute back injury kept the team's point, Anna Baranska, from any flying activities.

Flyspot Sky4Four were still ready to make the trip with an alternate when additional obstacles occurred and put an end to the efforts.

Zbigniew Kordzikowski and Anna Baranska are the only original members of the team, nine years after the team was founded. The lineup changed almost annually, and Joanna Hulbój was the latest new addition.

Joanna Hulbój has been with Flyspot Sky4Four for three years now, longer than any other new team members before. She started 4-way training and competition with Ladies Power in the Rookie Class of 2017, when Sky4Four already posted 18+ averages in the AAA Class.

She won the Polish AA Class title with her former team and is now a member of the strongest 4-way team in Poland. Zbigniew Kordzikowski welcomes the "very talented and, above all, hard-working" new team member. He said that she is very eager to improve her performance level and trains with her mentor every week, in addition to the Sky4Four team training.

Zbigniew "Zbig" Kordzikowski competed with his own team and helped the second AAA Class team, the MAD Team. He is also on the team photo with A Class team Star4s, and he helps any Polish 4-way team that is ready to take advice from the most experienced skydiver in Poland...
