Did You Know...

... that Paraclete XP wrapped up their Indoor Cloud League 2022?

Golden Knights player-coach Andrew Starr
posted Jan 2nd, 2023 - The wrap-up of the Indoor Cloud League's final 2022 leaderboard began with the December scores of the Czech team at the Hurricane Factory. The Paraclete XP team has also completed their 2022 season, and both teams stumbled over the finish line with their lowest monthly totals of the year.

The end of the outdoor season and the first winter months increase the indoor activities, and organizers and coaches have full plates taking care of the multitude of indoor training camps and events.

Paraclete XP's December event featured a 2-team competition with two completely different lineups. The player-coaches are often guiding more than one team through the Indoor Cloud League sequences, which is one of the purposes. The sharing of knowledge and experiences with all participants by the player-coaches has made the Indoor Cloud League popular in the league areas, and the participants on lower experience levels have the opportunity to watch the highly skilled role models in 4-way action right in front of their eyes.

However, the two Paraclete XP player-coaches in December, XPG4 members Brenn Richards and Anna Brunner, had only one lineup, each with three different participants. Both teams completed four of the six December sequences, and Anna Brunner's lineup added the 11-pointer for the AAA Class sequence to the leaderboard. Anna Brunner's team had the higher total for the four same sequences, as well, and won the internal XPG4 competition.

Brenn Richards and Anna Brunner were managing the December event alone as the only available XPG4 members. Michelle Karamon spends time at her home in Arizona after the end of the outdoor season and before XPG4 indoor training will resume.

XPG4 is currently looking for a new team member, as Jeana Billings decided not to continue with the reigning U.S. champions in 4-way Women and bronze medalists at the FAI Outdoor World Championship 2022. Jeana Billings may even consider recruiting a new 4-way Women lineup in the near future. The NSL News will follow up with more information as soon as possible.

Nevertheless, the Indoor Cloud League events at Paraclete XP will continue with all player-coaches who have volunteered their participation in the past, including all XPG4 members.

Current and former 4-way and 8-way world champions and medalists (Jennifer Davidson, Jeana Billings, Michelle Karamon, Kirk Verner, Niklas Hemlin, Andrew Starr, Matt Davidson, Brian Krause, Andrew Happick, Christopher Kuhlmann, Steve Lefkowitz, Doug Barron) have posted Indoor Cloud League scores as competitors and player-coaches in the past, which has made Paraclete XP's Indoor Cloud League team very special. The ICL events will continue this year and offer similar surprise visits by the leaders in the sport.
