The time together for the lineups in the first 13 years of SDC Rhythm XP (2007 - 2019) increased lineup by lineup and was most successful at the end of the 4-year commitment between 2016 and 2019 (JaNette and Steve Lefkowitz, Doug Barron, Andrew Happick).
Christy Frikken replaced JaNette Lefkowitz for the time period between the 1st place at the USPA Nationals 2019 and the FAI Tanay Mondial and the USPA Nationals later the same year, before Doug Barron, Rhythm member since 2016, continued with three new team mates in 2022.
The complete makeover at the end of the 2021 season introduced Keith Connor, Chris Webb and Carl Kallgren to the full-time 4-way community, with Charlie Mcgee on camera. The youngest Rhythm member, Carl Kallgren, completed one Rhythm year with a USPA bronze medal in 2022 and did not continue. Steve Loufek took the open slot, and this year's Paraclete XP Indoor Championship became the first competition for the new Rhythm lineup.
Most of the teams were able to lift their scoring level roughly by an average point. Only the Golden Knights even outscored SDC Rhythm XP as the most improved team, after 23.2 last year and now 29.6 with a different lineup, which includes three XPGK8 members (Andrew Starr, Jeshua Stahler, Mike Connors) and 8-way alternate Nick Birkner.
The Golden Knights left even the Qatar Tigers behind, while SDC Rhythm XP's new lineup had to beat Paraclete XP4 to win the indoor bronze medals. The XP4 lineup consisted of four reigning 8-way world champions (Jeana Billings, Kirk Verner, John D'Annunzio, Matt Davidson). Doug Barron had spent the complete 2022 season with Keith Connor and Chris Webb, and the combination of the well trained 3-way and three months with Steve Loufek were showing great results at the end of the ten indoor rounds at Paraclete XP.

Jeana Billings is used to multi-teaming at Paraclete XP and double-duties in 4-way/8-way at world championships. She was also competing with Greenlight and Lightspeed XP in 4-way Open. The two 8-way Open Class teams (XPGK8, Hell's Angels) gave her still enough to think about when the 4-way teams had their breaks. The total of six teams added up to 60 competition rounds for Jeana Billings in the two meet days.
SDC Rhythm XP will now join Arizona Airspeed and Qatar Tigers when switching to outdoor competition in a few weeks. The previous lineup with Carl Kallgren had posted their one and only set of outdoor scores at the USPA Nationals 2022, the first time below the 20-average benchmark since March 2013 at the Shamrock Showdown that year.
Arizona Airspeed won in 2013 with a 22.9 average. SDC Rhythm XP and Airspeed both will probably be on a significantly higher scoring level in DeLand. Airspeed will try to impress the world's 4-way opposition from Belgium, Qatar and France with more highscores. Rhythm will have NMP PCH HayaBusa, Qatar Tigers and France just as much in their minds, round by round, with their scores as close as possible to the best 4-way teams in the world at this point in time.
