posted Jul 11th, 2023 - The Indoor Cloud League activities took the back stage with the beginning of the outdoor season not only in the Czech Republic, as the NSL News reported on June 2nd. Only the 4-way juniors performed the six monthly sequences for the Hurricane Factory team.

Teams and competitors turn to outdoor training and competition as much as possible with better weather, even though the indoor option continues as a very valuable training tool. Indoor Cloud League events still continue throughout the whole year, as they have other purposes and benefits at the same time.

Kyle Hermberg, organizer of the Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas, explained again that he continues to use the ICL events to help skydivers improve their skills. He confirmed with his latest update that the events offer a great opportunity to learn about 4-way training and competition. He also uses the events to allow more experienced participants to fly different slots and train their first slot-switchers.

The Indoor Cloud League events are also a part of the gradual progression of participants from sequences with only random formations in the R Class to the slot-switching AAA Class dive pool. Kyle Hermberg has been encouraging participants to step into the next category at the best time and learn new slots whenever it is possible.

Kyle Hermberg also reported from Dallas that participants at his events have once again formed a new 4-way team, Disturbance Delicious. Former Dallas Valkyrie members Christina Edwards and Sydney Lunceford/Ward do not continue with the all-female lineup of their former team. They started their previous team with Alexa Boushey and Sarah Watson after meeting each other at Kyle Hermberg's Indoor Cloud League events.

Together they won their first 4-way competition in the A Class of the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2022 and followed up a year later with the AA/Intermediate Class title at the same event, as the NSL News reported on March 17th.

The mentioned unique opportunity is not happening in February next year, as the same Valkyrie lineup do not continue together. Christina Edwards and Sydney Lunceford have joined 4-way forces with Pressly Bonner and Michael Erikson for another year in the AA/Intermediate Class.

Pressly Bonner trained and competed with CSC Constellation before joining the new Delicious Disturbance lineup. Michael Erikson was a Dallas Dynasty member, winner of the AAA/Advanced Class competition at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2022. Dallas Valkyrie was an indoor team, while the Dallas Disturbance group train and compete outdoors, as well. Dallas Dynasty with Michael Erikson missed the AA/Intermediate Class gold medals at the USPA Nationals 2021 by one single point. The new Disturbance Delicious have another attempt coming up in September.
