posted Jul 17th, 2024 - Today's embedded leaderboard is a small one and features the teams who took on the most recent competition draw of the NSL 4-way Network. It is a small leaderboard due to the number of completed rounds, even though a total of 19 teams actually posted at least a score for one round.

In fact, only the British 4-way teams were suffering very louzy jumping weather and held out to get the score for the one and only round. The two Czech AAA Class teams, Skywalkers Junior and M Team, made it all the way forward to Round 8, and two teams of the Virginia Parachute Council completed three rounds at Skydive Orange.

Fearsome Foursome and You Go First both met the British A Class teams on the combined leaderboard, which was once again the most popular one of the four category options. However, the highest number of participating teams still did not create more rounds, and the rankings on the combined A Class leaderboard had to be settled after Round 1.

The situation was the same on all four combined leaderboards, as the British 4-way teams competed in all categories, which will also be applied at the national outdoor championships at the end of August. The July competition in Netheravon was the last opportunity for competition practice in Great Britain.

Kat Osipova, who is the VPC Director, has scheduled another league meet for September 7th, which coincides with the BENELUX Outdoor Championship, where teams from Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg compete for their national titles, including NMP PCH HayaBusa's new FAI/ISC lineup.

The VPC/BENELUX weekend at the beginning of September may also serve as a last test for the U.S. teams before their national outdoor championships, which begin a week later at Skydive Chicago.

Burble Me Softly was the last VPC team that competed at USPA Nationals, as the NSL News reported on June 10th. VPC Director Kat Osipova was in the same lineup with Leslie Noble in 2019, who is now training and competing with CSC Constellation XP.

Kat Osipova was back in 4-way action at the July meet with the Fearsome Foursome lineup (Patricia Miranda, Keith Buell, Norman Patnode, Roger Landmann on camera). Fearsome Foursome matched the second highest score for Round 1 of the eight teams on the A Class leaderboard.
