posted Dec 2nd, 2024 - Skywalkers Junior, Czech national indoor and outdoor 4-way champions, have begun their busy indoor winter season, and they already have two sets of 10-round scores and videos in their records. They copied their schedule of the 2023/2024 winter season this year, which began last year with the Flyspot Open 2023 in Poland, followed by the first meet of the Czech Tunnel League.

The order of the same two events was reversed this year, and Skywalkers Junior launched the 2024/2025 season in their home chamber at the Hurricane Factory, then traveled to Poland for the Flyspot Open 2024. The team's progression was similar, despite the penalty troubles at their second November competition.

They started the event double-pack in November 2023 on a 22.1 level (21.7 - 22.5) and with 23.7 (22.6 - 24.8) this year. Their monthly competition practice at the events of the World Tunnel League in Prague will continue as in the past throughout the Czech winter season, while it will have a different conclusion in 2025.

The indoor winter season of Skywalkers Junior ends at the FAI Indoor World Championship 2025 this time. Jan Klapka said that he has scheduled the most relevant indoor competition of the year in the Czech national team's indoor calendar. Skywalkers Junior will travel to North Carolina in April and compete together with the best 4-way teams in the world at Paraclete XP.

Competing at indoor world championships is nothing really new for the team members. Michal Mikulíšek, Krystof Rulf and Martin Stránský attended the unofficial 4-way Junior event at the FAI Indoor World Championship 2023, and all team members have competed at indoor world cups, last time at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022.

There is a major difference, of course, when they arrive at Paraclete XP in April 2025. The opponents will all be the best and most experienced senior 4-way teams and competitors in the world. The indoor world championship will be the first FAI event in 4-way Open for the youngest 4-way team in the world.

Skywalkers Junior still have at least five 10-round meets for competition practice before they travel to the United States. The last meet of the Czech Tunnel League is scheduled for the beginning of April, which could be too close to the start of the indoor world championship and the related travel agenda.

In the meantime, Skywalkers Junior also keep performing the monthly AAA/AA Class sequences of the Indoor Cloud League for their home team at the Hurricane Factory. The latest scores and videos of November from the Czech Republic are already posted, and the youngest 4-way team, HF Juniors Green/Fenix, make the 14-foot flying chamber in Prague once again look like a 16-foot chamber for seniors. Fenix performed the R and RR sequences and have no problems at all with the space for their random formations.
