posted Mar 12th, 2025 - Kyle Hermberg, organizer of the Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas, posted scores and videos of the six January sequences before following up with competitors from Texas at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2025.

He and his regular player-coach at the ICL events, Lucas King, neither joined forces in the ICL January lineups nor at the national indoor championship. As he does often, Kyle Hermberg spent his time at iFLY Dallas only with the newest participants this time, while Lucas King was player-coaching the RR Class lineup and also performed the two 4-way Open Class sequences (AAA/AA) for January with the other most experienced 4-way competitors at the event.

They already had different plans for the national indoor championship at Paraclete XP, where Lucas King competed in 4-way Open with Buc-ee's and Boot-ee's (Laura Galdamez, Brandon Kashani, Chris Normandeau). Christina Cooper Edwards was in Lucas King's AAA/AA lineup for the ICL January sequences and then continued with Kyle Hermberg for the ten rounds on the 4-way Advanced Class leaderboard with Rheally Fun (JaNette Lefkowitz, Sheryl Benner). However, both teams performed the same AAA Class sequences, and the combined NSL leaderboard allows them to compare their scores directly.

Kyle Hermberg had the opportunity to retire as a player-coach at Paraclete XP, as former SDC Rhythm XP member JaNette Lefkowitz could provide the team with all information that would help the performance of Rheally Fun. Christina Cooper Edwards and Kyle Hermberg both listened carefully to the U.S. 4-way Open Class champion of 2019.

Buc-ee's and Boot-ee's won the internal competition between the ICL player-coaches at iFLY Dallas. However, Rheally Fun, with Christina Cooper Edwards and Kyle Hermberg, had a separate 10-round battle on their own 4-way Advanced Class leaderboard with the Air Force Fortune team and 4-way Women team XP Angels.

They finished tied with XP Angels in 6th place, whose lineup includes Marcella Rey, organizer of the Indoor Cloud League events at iFLY Fort Lauderdale. XP Angels will compete for the U.S. delegation at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025 in the Netherlands. Kyle Hermberg's ICL team at iFLY Dallas won the January competition over iFLY Fort Lauderdale by 42 points. Marcelle Rey is still developing her ICL team and the new lineups for the 2025 season.
