Did You Know...

... that four Indoor Cloud League teams tied the maximum score in May?

New Texas team: Spaceland Dallas Pajama Party
posted Jun 20th, 2025 - Kyle Hermberg's Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas caught up on the annual leaderboard with the scores and videos for the month of May. He reported from Texas that a new 4-way team has been launched out of the group of his participants.

The Spaceland Dallas Pajama Party lineup consists of Beth Victor, Brenn Saxton, Deanna Anderson and Shawn Henry. The new team did not have a scoring history on traditional leaderboards before finishing with an 8.0 average for the ten online rounds of the Cloud Games earlier this month. They performed two of the three ICL Rookie Class sequences (RRR/RR) for iFLY Dallas last month.

Pajama Party will soon follow up with their first outdoor scores. Kyle Hermberg said that the team plans to compete at the two upcoming meets of the Texas Skydiving League, Pre-Nationals in Houston and Dallas Super Cup, before heading to the USPA Nationals at Skydive Arizona In October. Kyle Hermberg has been coaching the team, while he also performed the AAA/AA sequences for May together with Alexa Boushey, Christina Cooper and Caden Maydew. His lineup contributed a total of 37 points to the iFLY Dallas account, while Pajama Party added their own 36 points to the May total.

Beth Victor and Shawn Henry have participated at Kyle Hermberg's Indoor Cloud League events since 2015, Deanna Anderson has hardly missed any of Kyle Hermberg's ICL events since 2019. Brenn Saxton joined the group in 2024 and has met her Pajama Party team mates at several ICL events in different lineups, gradually moving up from Rookie Class to the technical sequences.

The R Class sequence was performed by a different lineup at iFLY Dallas. Olivia Mendoza, Jonathan Cooper, Scott Kucel and player-coach Michael Erickson completed the 52-point record number for the easiest sequence that the current dive pool could possibly generate (M-F).

Star (M) and Open Accordion (F) are a part of the Rookie Class dive pool and were due in May. Result of the draw was a unique 25-pointer tie between all four teams who have posted the May scores and videos so far. Two of the three Rookie Class sequences (RRR-RR-R) have scoring limitations (RR-R) at a 25-point maximum. The range of R Class scores for this sequence in May was between 25 points (iFLY Fort Lauderdale) and 52 points (iFLY Dallas). The Czech 4-way juniors of Little Dragons completed 34 points within working time. The iFLY Tampa lineup (Kim Lewis, Emily Kristansen, Jason King, Kurt Gaebel) were one point behind the Czech 4-way juniors with 33 points. More 25-pointers for the May sequence could still be created by ICL Midwest and Paraclete XP. The June sequence brings the Sidebody (P) to the 4-way Rookie Class.
