Did You Know...

... that the fastest sequence in competition history is coming up in Bedford?

Opening ceremony of the World Challenge 2010
posted Apr 3rd, 2010 - There was not much time this morning to go back to more of yesterday's footage. Paul Mayer welcomed all teams at a short opening ceremony at the new viewing area in the Flow House. Then the teams received the competition draw and went straight to work, as the first round was scheduled for 10.00 am.

The NSL News created the new leaderboard while the teams prepared for the first technical challenge in Round 1. Then it was already time to follow the competition action. The NSL TV camera captured several of the top teams live in the flying chamber.

The judges are currently working on the scores for Round 1. The new record number of teams at the World Challenge 2010 will also challenge the judges and the NSL News. It will be difficuly to keep up with the pace.

Perris Fury prepares for Round 2

The NSL News asked a few 4-way experts what scores can be expected, and the number 60 came almost every time. There are so many well trained teams that at least one of them will score higher than any team has scored at a competition before.

Perris Fury is still holding this indoor record, which was posted at the World Challenge 2009. The 59-pointer for A,C,E,H,K is still standing, but probably only for another hour. The new sequence is faster. The NSL TV camera will be ready...
