The NSL News story on 24 September 2010 was still reviewing the USPA Nationals 2010 and the situation after the event. The story was mainly focused on Perris Fury and the team's great perspectives for the near future.
The new Airspeed lineup has obviously a strong impact on Fury's situation, as Point Josh Hall will now be training and competing with Airspeed. The new lineup is not only world class in itself, it has also made the situation for the potentially strongest challenger very difficult. Fury needs a new Point.
The NSL News is also working on Mark Kirkby's NSL Profile, which is long overdue and will be posted very soon. The new Airspeed lineup is the perfect opportunity to introduce the original Airspeed member.
Mark Kirkby has trained and/or competed with all of his three new team mates, even with Josh Hall when he was a player coach for Perris Fury in 2005 sharing the job with Dan BC. He also spent a season with Niklas Hemlin as a member of Team Fastrax in 2006. NSL-TV found the Fastrax competition videos at the Shamrock Showdown 2006 in the archives.
Fastrax followed up with a 20.6 average at the Shamrock Showdown 2006 and then a 21.2 average at the Malevsky Cup 2006.
The 21.6 average at the USPA Nationals 2006 was six points behind the 2006 winner, DeLand Groove, and brought the USPA silver medals.
Mark Kirkby and Niklas Hemlin defeated Airspeed's Odyssey lineup of 2006 (Eliana Rodriguez, Craig Girard, Andy Delk, Brian Johnson) with Fastrax at this competition.
It was also Perris Fury's first USPA Nationals with the complete original lineup. Fury ended up seven points behind Airspeed in 4th place of the USPA rankings.

Niklas Hemlin came back with Fastrax and Thomas Hughes in the Center Inside slot in 2007 and battled with Airspeed's new lineup and Mark Kirkby throughout the whole year.
Airspeed won the USPA Nationals 2007 (25.3 - 24.4) and then the gold medals at the World Meet 2008 in France.
Perris Fury with Josh Hall went from a 19.9 average in 2006 to a 21.0 average at the USPA Nationals 2007 and had to watch the other two top teams from the distance at that time.
The USPA Nationals 2007 was the end of the Fastrax project in the 4-way Open Class, but Niklas Hemlin continued to work for Team Fastrax and John Hart. Perris Fury came back in 2008 with the same lineup.
