... that SkyQuest 2010 is in full swing?

Ground work for BJ Worth this time
posted Nov 19th, 2010 - The first day of SkyQuest 2010 is over, and BJ Worth's Kaleidoscope Divers completed three jumps. The World Team founder, who has been managing the Kaleidoscope Dives at SkyQuest since 2001, did not jump this time.

It was the first time that he missed his big-ways and had to stay on the ground. He recently had a shoulder surgery and was not ready to join the big-way fun this year. The 10-year anniversary jumps take place with BJ Worth directing them from ground level.

The NSL-TV camera followed the Kaleidoscope Divers on their second jump. The new clip shows beautiful fall weather and the four Twin Otters and one Skyvan picking up the 104 Kaleidoscope Divers and their videographers.

Last dirtdive before a Kaleidoscope Dive
The second jump was successful. BJ Worth was very happy with the early results. He said that he has not seen a big-way event yet where the second jump was as successful as this year's second Kaleidoscope Dive on Thursday.

The third jump did not hold up to the standards that the Kaleidoscope Divers had set on the second jump, and they used the rest of the remaining daylight on Thursday to prepare carefully for the next day.

Friday morning started with the same beautiful weather. The planes were up early, and 4-way teams are arriving from several different states to get ready for the NSL Championship. Perris Jimani member Janna Wynne is warming up with 104-ways...
