The stories on 12 September 2010 and 29 September 2010 featured the race for the bronze medals between Golden Knights Gold, Paraclete XP4 and SDC Rhythm XP and included the videos of the first six rounds.
Today's NSL News story completes this part of the competition with the videos of Rounds 7 - 10, as far as they were available. All three teams continue with exactly the same lineups next year and will probably move closer to the two top teams, Arizona Airspeed and Perris Fury.

This weekend's project is a Team-For-A-Day camp. Two more camps are scheduled for January 8 - 9 and February 12 - 13. Project manager Steve Lefkowitz invites skydivers in Florida to Sebastian who love 4-way and do not have a team at the moment. He also welcomes 4-way fans who have a team and want to add some more training to their agenda.
However, the Team-For-A-Day camps are also open for skydivers who would like to improve their individual skills, even if they are just off the student status and want to learn more about 4-way.
The participants will get the dives ahead of time. The program for the day includes stretching, creeping, dirtdive, exit training at the mockup, debriefing and repetition of each jump. Another debriefing follows at the end of the day.
The team captains will work with each Team-For-A-Day camper to outline a set of goals for the day. The dives will then focus on the fundamentals of 4-way and Formation Skydiving, as well as on the specific goals. Steve Lefkowitz explains that this way everybody can do Team-For-A-Day camps over and over and focus on something new each time.
He explains why the camps are good for everybody who is ready: "4-way is a great way for newer jumpers to learn the fundamentals of Formation Skydiving and good habits, then see immediate improvements in flying skills. If you can stay with three other jumpers and safely track away from a formation, you can successfully participate in Team-For-A-Day camps."
Last not least, he also invites the 4-way competitors who already share the passion with him and his Rhythm members: "For anyone who already loves 4-way: Whether you have a team for the season or not, this is a great way to get in some more good 4-way, without any of the hassle of organizing a team, video, loads, etc."
Each team will aim to do 8 - 10 jumps over the day using the same plan for a training day that Rhythm applies, which aims at maximizing learning and efficiency. The participants will receive a DVD with all the jumps of the day, and Steve Lefkowitz promises "tons of new skills and a fun time".
