NSL-TV put together another clip after the XL demonstration and before the teams were done with the official practice sessions. It begins with a few scenes in the prep area where the teams get ready for their flying sessions. Then the NSL-TV camera moved back into the flying chamber and captured some of the teams in action.
Some of the top teams were in the flying chamber, while the NSL-TV camera was filming, such as NMP-PCH Hayabusa and Aerodyne Aerokart Maubeuge, also the second half of the French 8-way team, NPC Aerokart. Seven French teams will compete at the World Challenge 2011, as the leaderboard for the competition shows.
Three female lineups were in the chamber, while the NSL-TV camera was filming. Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders showed off their excellent tunnel skills, and Norway's Team Polaris is back in 4-way action with Sissel Maria Finnseth after her shoulder surgery. She was already training with the Norwegian 8-way lineup in DeLand a few weeks ago.
ISB Air decided to attend the Worl Challenge 2011 after Sarah Hajooze's accident in Orlando. She is recovering well and quickly, as her team mates reported, and Gary Smith fills the Center Outside slot in Bedford. He did the same last year after Pia Weingart's skiing accident. Two other German teams compete this year, which make it the highest number in the history of the event. The German team Usual Suspects won the AA Class competition last year. It is time now for the opening ceremony where the competition draw will be handed out.
