Did You Know...

... that Black Cat's videographer Vadim Niyazov presents the Shamrock Showdown 2010?

Vadim Niyazov with Black Cat at the Shamrock Showdown 2010
posted May 14th, 2011 - NSL-TV has uploaded several copies of TV shows in the past, which featured selected NSL events. Those productions are not the popular NSL-TV Reality shows, which are mostly available during the live event coverage of the NSL News. They were rather produced for airing on TV channels. The TV show of the NSL Championship 2000 was recently uploaded when the NSL News covered the history of the National Skydiving League.

There was an even earlier show that was produced in 1999 and covered the NSL Championship, as well. The video of this show, which was the first one in the NSL history, has not been processed and uploaded yet. That's another project to come.

The Shamrock Showdown 2010 was the most recent event that provided the footage for another TV show. Participants will remember that there was a stage and an additional camera crew that was filming for the TV production. The video of this show is still available on the event page for the Shamrock Showdown 2012.

Stage for the NSL production of the Shamrock Showdown 2010
The National Skydiving League has not been the only producer of TV shows that cover NSL events. The Shamrock Showdown 2010 also served as the event for another TV production. The NSL-TV production team, headed by John Dunn, was not the only film crew at Skydive DeLand. The visitors from Russia, Black Cat, brought their own equipment and ideas how to bring the event to the attention of the Russian public.

Team videographer Vadim Niyazov has been working for the Russia Extreme TV project for a several years. It was not the first time that he was also filming for a TV production while his team was attending a 4-way competition.

NSL-TV has now uploaded a copy of the show that was aired in Russia, while the NSL-TV production was shown several times last year in Florida. Vadim Niyazov brought a copy of the show for the NSL News when his team vistsed to compete at the Shamrock Showdown 2011. Compliments to the Russian filming project, which turned out to be more entertaining than the NSL-TV show.
