The NSL News had the Brit Chicks on the list for NSL Talk for a while, and the opportunity came up yesterday during one of the many weather delays. The lineup includes Jo Hawley who has provided the NSL News with updates from the United Kingdom on a regular basis. That alone was a good reason to hand over the lead of the conversation to her.
Lesley Gale is the team captain and the founder of the project, which began with red jumpsuits in 4-way. Red has turned into black now since the team is also very competitive.
The team members said during the NSL Talk that their goal is to score above the 10-point average level. Well, there is no score below ten points yet and several above this benchmark. This goal will be accomplished without any major accidents in Round 9 and Round 10, and chances are good to avoid any 1-digit scores.
In the meantime, the 4way competition has been completed, and Germany's national 4way team Paratec-Saar has won the first 4way bronze medal for the hosting country in the history of modern Formation Skydiving competition (since 1985). Congratulations. The teams are now getting ready for the last two rounds in 8way.
