Did You Know...

... that NSL-TV features SDC Rhythm XP on Skydive-TV.com?

SDC Rhythm XP with Arizona Airspeed
posted Nov 2nd, 2011 - The previous NSL Reality TV clip also included a brief NSL Talk with Jon Arnold, Four Shizzle member of the Northern Plains Skydiving League. Two NPSL (Four Shizzle, Fourcast) teams finished in the Top 10 of the 30-team field in the AA/Intermediate Class competition. Four Shizzle was even in contention for medal positions and missed the 3rd place by three points. The NSL News will follow up soon.

SDC Rhythm XP has not only caught the attention of the NSL News on a regular basis. Skydive-TV.com featured the team in one of the many event online stories and shows after Round 2 on Monday. Rhythm had the perfect start into the meet, was in 2nd place after Round 1 and maintained this position throughout the seven rounds of the first day and even still after Round 8 on Tuesday.

It was a great time for a happy interview with the team. Things changed dramatically in the last two rounds of the meet, and Rhyhtm ended up without a medal.

Back on the Airspeed bench: Christopher Irwin
Fast forward and back to today's 8way competition. Mark Kirkby recovered this morning and came back into the lineup after Round 7. Alternate Christopher Irwin had filled the slot for five rounds.

He had a good time and said that those five rounds were the best 8way jumps in his life. He sounded a little bit hoarse and was probably glad to get his own break - despite all the Airspeed 8way fun. The NSL TV camera was once again admitted into the Airspeed team room for the debriefing of Round 7, which included the demonstration of a new "Extreme Vertical" technique.

Paraclete XP8 has started to make Airspeed's situation more challenging after winning Round 6 and Round 7. The difference is down to four points. There might be a serious competition waiting for the 8way bronze medals.
