The NSL News story on April 15 had explained the Brazilian plans to form the league and join the international network of 4-way skydiving competition leagues all over the world. The league organizers, Fábio Diniz and André Ferraz, followed up on the plans, and the Brazilian league has now completed the three meets of the test season.
CTR Optimum came out as the strongest Brazilian AAA Class team and won each of the three meets in Brazil, even though So Pressao reduced the distance to the Brazilian rival meet by meet (14.2 - 12.6 in April, 11.2 - 10.2 in July, 11.5 - 11.0 last weekend). Brazil will be represented by one of the two teams at the World Cup in Eloy this month.
