Did You Know...

... that the NSL-TV continues the coverage of the second FSL 2004 meet?

posted Jun 5th, 2004 - Here comes a new round of NSL-TV for the weekend. The coverage of the second season meet of the Florida Skydiving League has not been updated for a while. Round three has now replaced the last round of this FSL meet on the NSL-TV page.
Denmark Vitesse with round three at the Florida Skydiving Center - see video
The sequence (G-L-P-C-14) tested the individual skills mostly and began with a lot of subterminal random work. The B-Team of the Danish 4-way project, Vitesse, with Birgitte Fisher (Point), Kenneth Gajda (Center Outside), Kaspar Svanekier (Tail), Peter Anderson (Center Inside) and Kim Jensen (Video), delivered an impressively clean performance and scored 16 points in time, only one point behind the new Norwegian national 4-way team, Arcteryx.
FSC JAMMM's round three in Lake Wales - see video
Arcteryx competed in Lake Wales with Ditta Valsdottir (Point), Ole Petter Hjelle (Center Outside), Lise Aune (Center Inside), Oyvind Bure (Tail) and Martin Hamalainen (Video). Norwegian national coach Lise Aune filled the center inside slot for the new member, Tore Bure, who was not available in April. The new team will soon be introduced with the next Malevsky World Cup update. The draw for the A Class competition and the Rookie Class gave the teams pure random sequences in this round. Local team FSC JAMMM competed on home turf in the A Class, while another guest team from Norway, Captain Karlsen's Crew, joined the meet in the Rookie Class. FSC JAMMM had only 35 seconds of working time for their score of six points and had the same first three formations of the AAA Class as the sequence (G-L-P) for round three.
Captain Karlsen's Crew with round three - see video
The sequence for Captain Karlsen's Crew in the Rookie Class was slightly different (O-P-C) and a little bit easier. The Norwegian team was another line-up that came out of the last Norwegian Basic Camp that took place in DeLand at the same time. The FSL Rookie Class allows the teams a working time of 50 seconds. Captain Karlsen's Crew posted a score of ten points for this round and an 11.8 meet average after six rounds. Enjoy the new show.
