posted Jul 30th, 2004 - Fyodor Mozvogoy of the Malevsky Cup 2004 management staff recently informed teams and competitors that the complete footage of this year's event is nov available:

"Official Anton Malevsky Memorail World Cup 2004 and Open European Championship 2004 competition video tape is now available! Includes all competition jumps plus judges scoresheets. VHS PAL, duration approx. 200 minutes. Price 30 Euro plus shipping. Email info@malevskycup.ru to order."

The NSL-TV coverage of the event included many of the videos. However, some rounds were still missing completely, even some of the top teams. The quality of the NSL-TV video files that were shown on-line were good enough to see what was happening. It was still not even close to the quality a VHS or DVD can offer.

Mozvogoy and the NSL News would also like to offer the Malevsky Cup 2004 footage to the American and worldwide audience that cannot use the European PAL format. They are now trying to find ways to get the dubbed digital footage to the USA and save it to a VHS and/or DVD in NTSC format.

As soon as this process is completed, the Malevsky Cup 2004 will be offered to the NSL audience. Mozvogoy and the NSL try to find out at this point whether there is enough interest to make the efforts. The valued NSL audience can help by sending feedback directly to the NSL.
