Did You Know...

... that the remaining NSL SkyVenture Competition results of the August 14 and 21 weekends are posted?

SkyVenture Orlando
posted Aug 30th, 2004 - The August 14 weekend had teams from Florida, Virginia, the Northwest and Midwest competing. It was hurricane Charley's weekend in Florida, and only DeLand Scape managed to complete two rounds on a vacated drop zone in DeLand after the Florida Skydiving Center in Lake Wales was severely damaged. The teams in Virginia could also complete only two rounds, which left the SkyVenture tunnel time available only for the eligible teams from the Northwest and Midwest.
Perris SkyVenture
Good Vibrations of the Midwest Skydiving League won the six-round AA Class competition after handicap with the team's highest meet average (5.5) of the 2004 season. Elsinore Vengeance posted the highest meet average of 8.2 before handicap. A total of nine AA Class teams, including the teams from Virginia, had attended the August 14 weekend's events. Chasing Tail of the Northwest Skydiving League won the NSL SkyVenture Competition in the A Class, while Nite Hooker and the Pimps from the Midwest won the Rookie Class competition after handicap.
