Did You Know...

... that the next scores from Great Britain and Austria are already posted?

Horst Scheiber recovers in the hospital after the accident
posted Aug 19th, 2006 - The World Meet 2006 in Germany and the Malevsky Cup 2006 in Russia have just been concluded, and the NSL News looks back at two very busy weeks in Europe. There was a lot of positive feedback from the audience, and the NSL News appreciates the fact that the event coverage seems to provide enough information and visuals.

However, there is not much of a break, the 2006 season of 4-way competition is far from being over. Several events are scheduled for this weekend, and the first scores are already posted. Austria already completed the 6-round competition, and Monkey Circus won the meet.

Perris Airkix with Dan BC prepares a jump at the British Nationals 2006
Monkey Circus attended this weekend's competition with an alternate filling the slot for Horst Scheiber who got injured at the beginning of August. The Austrian team hopes to have its point back for the new 2007 season.

The British 4-way national teams are already busy, as well, just after returning from the World Meet in Germany. This time, Perris Airkix and the British Army team compete in the same competition class at the British Nationals 2006. The new world champion of the female category is already far ahead of the rest of the field after five rounds and seems to become the second national Open Class champion with an all-female line-up after Finland a few years ago.

The British host has assigned several web pages to the championship event where additional information can be found and where the scores will be updated throughout the weekend. The NSL News will follow up later, as well.
